Set inland from the coast, this beautiful park and heathland course has been testing golfers of all levels for well over 100 years. The course is always in superb condition with small greens and oak and pine lined fairways. It has 5 excellent par 3’s including our signature 13th hole across a river to a sloping green. Significant investment recently in course and clubhouse improvements with further projects planned.

iGolf subscribers can play and benefit from our 'Playing with a Member' green fees.

To make a booking for today, tomorrow or the following day, you may book online via our Visitor Booking hub. Alternatively, you may check availability and book your tee time (including bookings further ahead) by calling the Pro Shop on 0161 491 4452, option 2.

When making an online booking, please note we are a 9-hole course, therefore if you wish to play 18 holes please make two bookings, which should be at least 1 hour 50 minutes apart.

Green fees are due in the Pro Shop or Bar before commencing play. If booking 18 holes on the same day then the 18-hole rate will apply, not twice the 9-hole rate that the booking system will indicate. Just let the assistant know you're an iGolf subscriber when paying.

Players must be 55 on the competition date. Men's Maximum Handicap Index is 24.3 Course Handicap 28, Ladies Maximum Handicap Index 31.0 Course Handicap 36. Those Ladies with a higher handicap can enter but must play of the maximum handicap index 0f 31.0 All golfers with a current CDH Number is welcome but must have 3 qualifying scores in the previous 12 months. (IG Golfers Welcome)
