Individual 18 Holes Stableford Competition

This competition is open to players who have a WHS iHandicap Index issued by England Golf.

Men must have a handicap index of no more than 36.0 and Women no more than 40.0 at time of entry.

A player with a higher handicap index may enter, but before computation men shall be limited to 36.0 and ladies 40.0.

Players are entitled to 95% of their course handicap.

The UK Championship for Independent Golfers will be played at Celtic Manor on Monday 3rd October 2022.

The National Final will be 18 holes of Stableford play off 95% course handicap. Prizes will be awarded in 4 Divisions based on Playing Handicap.

Prizes will be awarded to winners of Gross and Nett competitions for both Ladies and Men. Further prizes will be awarded for best nett scores by division

Men:
Division One Playing Handicap 18 and below
Division Two Playing Handicap 19 to 36

Women:
Division One Playing Handicap 20 and below
Division Two Playing Handicap 21 to 40

£65.00 to include Tea / Coffee and Bacon Roll on arrival and rolling buffet lunch

Entry Criteria: Pairs can be made up of any combination of male or female golfers. Entry is open to all golfers with either a club WHS or IGolf Handicap Index. Maximum index is 42.0 for both men and ladies.

Cost: £110 per pair – Price includes, catering, golf and competition entry.

Relaxed Dress Code - No need for jacket and tie and we do not care what colour socks you wear! You can even wear your cap in the clubhouse (Shock horror)

The purpose of this competition is to make golf and competition golf open to everyone. The competition will be run by PGA Professionals who will be on hand throughout the day to help with scoring and competition management - We will take the stress away from competition golf!

9 Months of Academy Membership - June 2022-March 2023.

This facility is being made available to allow iGolfers to enjoy this magnificent parkland course at a discounted fee and contribute towards their World Handicap System (WHS) Index.

At a cost of only £40 per round/player, registered iGolfer members can book ANY afternoons (incl. Saturday and Sunday) after 1pm (subject to availability) by calling the KGC Office on 01423 862690 #1.

All players must provide their iGolf membership numbers when booking and paying in advance. All iGolfers must register and present their iGolf membership cards, and a form of photographic ID at the ProShop before their round and receive a bag tag to display whilst on the course.
