An iGolf subscription can be cancelled at any time during the 30-day free trial period. This right is in addition to the cooling-off period.
In other words, if you have signed up to a 30-day free trial promotional offer you will be able to cancel your subscription at any time during the first 30 days, whether you have made use of the service or not.
You will receive an email notification in advance of the end of the trial period.
1. Log onto the iGolf platform
2. Select ‘My Account’
3. Click on ‘Cancel subscription’
Once a request is made, this will take effect once the 30-day free trial period has ended.
Upon this date you will be resigned from the system and access to the online web platform and MyEG app will terminate.
Once resigned, you will no longer benefit from the personal liability insurance provided under the scheme, your Handicap Index® (if applicable) will no longer be active, and any other iGolf subscriber benefits will also lapse.
