iGolf and golf club members are welcome to enter our Open Competitions throughout the year. Our event dates and further details for each event can be found on our Open Competitions page. Our Opens are:
- Old Course Spring Am-Am (23rd March) - Team of 4
- Old Course Seniors Open (6 May) - Individual Stableford
- Men's Open (8th June) - Am Round Pairs Better-Ball, PM Round Pairs Foursomes Stableford
- New Course Seniors Open (10th July) - Individual Stableford
- Golf Week - Individual Stableford (3rd August)
- Old Course Seniors Am-Am (19th August) - Team of 4
- New Course Autumn Am-Am (7th September) - Team of 4
- The Cotswold Pairs (10th & 11th September) - Pairs Better-Ball over the Old Course (Minchinhampton on 10th September) then 2nd round at Cleeve Hill Golf Course (11th September)
- New Course Mixed Open Greensomes (28th September) - Mixed Greensomes Stableford
- Senior Ladies Individual Open (9th October) - Individual Stableford open to Ladies aged 50 and over (at competition date).
- Junior Open (19th October) - Individual Medal. Juniors must be 17 or under at 1st January 2025.
One of a series of Competitions open to all women golfers with a WHS HI including women i-golfers showcasing some of the county's nine-hole courses.
A stableford competition open to all players with a WHS Handicap Index.
Compete in the NAPGC Open Championship of England, a premier individual Stableford event for men and women, with gross and net scoring formats. Players will compete over 18 holes for the chance to secure direct entry to the national final.
Event Details:
- Eligibility: Open to public and proprietary golf club members and independent golfers (max 100 players, first-come, first-served).
- Handicaps: Maximum index 36.0 (higher indexes capped); playing handicaps set at 95% of course handicap.
Timeline:
- Entries: January–April
- Event Date: End of May
- Entry Fee: £40 (includes green fees, food, and prizes).
Prizes:
- Trophies for the best gross and net scores in men’s and women’s categories.
- Additional prizes awarded based on entries.

The format is a Texas Scramble, teams of 4, 4 drives per player (only 2 Radcliffe members allowed per team). The maximum playing handicap is 36 and play is from the red tees. The cost is £35 per visitor and £25 for members, a one-course meal is included.
Players must be registered with England Golf iGolf or be members of an affiliated golf club and hold a handicap index under the WHS system. Players who are affiliated to a golf club must have played in three individual strokeplay (medal or Stableford) club competitions in the past 12 months.
There will be a separate prize pool for teams with iGolfers.

Players must be registered with England Golf iGolf or be members of an affiliated golf club and hold a handicap index under the WHS system. Players who are affiliated to a golf club must have played in three individual strokeplay (medal or Stableford) club competitions in the past 12 months.

Thames Valley Golf Club is a nomadic golf club that runs competitions throughout the year at golf courses across the Thames Valley area.
We are holding our annual Christmas Trophy stableford at Pine Ridge Club on Friday December 27th. The first tee time is at 1000. Cost is £59 for a round of golf, food and prizes.
