Any direct marketing communications sent to iGolf subscribers will include multiple offers and opportunities from various sources, including golf clubs, facilities, counties, and other commercial entities.
  • To be eligible, all golf clubs and facilities submitting an offer must be affiliated with England Golf.
  • It is the responsibility of the organiser, club, or facility to ensure that all details about the opportunity are available on their own website.
  • The organiser, club, or facility must notify England Golf of any changes to the details of an opportunity or if it needs to be removed from the iGolf website. Please allow up to three working days for updates to be processed.
  • England Golf accepts no responsibility for any incorrect, outdated, or misleading information displayed on the iGolf website that was submitted by the organiser, club, or facility.
  • Listings can be removed at any time by contacting igolf@englandgolf.org. Please allow up to three working days for removal.
  • England Golf takes no responsibility for individuals who viewed a listing prior to its removal. It is the responsibility of the organiser, club, or facility to notify individuals accordingly of any changes made.
  • It is your responsibility to comply with all data protection requirements if you process personal data of individuals who visit your website or interact with you. England Golf shall not provide any personal data relating to individuals in respect of submitted offers or opportunities.
  • Nothing in this offer will be deemed to create a Data Controller and Data Processor relationship (within the meaning of the Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK GDPR) between England Golf and any organiser, club, or facility.

  • Offers and opportunities will be listed on the iGolf website (www.englandigolf.co.uk) under the county where the venue is located. Other offers and opportunities from various clubs, facilities, and organisers may also be promoted on the website.
  • SafeGolf Accreditation: Clubs or facilities submitting an offer must have SafeGolf accreditation. Those working towards accreditation will be reviewed periodically to ensure progress. Promotions may be removed if sufficient progress is not made.
